Since 1984, I have been reconfiguring residential spaces to allow my customers to realize their dreams without breaking the bank.  I design with CAD for efficiency and visualization.  CAD helps my customers see the concepts while I can manage the project and stay within the budget.  For me brick and mortar is a thing of the past.  I am more of hands on designer with teams of subs I have worked with for many years.
